"Hayren" music ensemble was founded in 2001.
The artistic director of the band is

"Hayren" ensemble commenced its activities in October 12, 2001 in Yerevan Chamber
Music House, where the band's first concert took place. Many other concerts
followed the first one, including the comprehensive program devoted to 1700th
anniversary of the adoption of Christianity as an official religion in Armenia.
In February 17-19, 2003
"Hayren" ensemble took part in
"Fadgir" international 18th festival
in Tehran.

The concerts in "Vahdad", "Andishe" and "Komitas" halls were highly
appreciated by Iranians.
As highlighted many Iranian newspapers, the musicians
and singers, arrived from Armenia, stood out with their artistic performance.
They returned to Armenia with the glory and the flag of victory in their hands.
At present the band is preparing a new concert program, which will be presented
both in Armenia and abroad.
"Hayren" ensemble also is working in cooperation with Armenian-Iranian cultural club
"Mihr" and participates almost in all cultural events organized there.
"Hayren" ensemble
has produced its first CD.
